Premier Aquatics is a smaller pool management company by choice. We have controlled our size to make sure we are able to focus on our employees and customers and really get to know them. We strive to offer the best working environment to our employees and the highest level of service to our customers. Being small helps us do that.
We have a lower supervisor to pool ratio than nearly all of the other regional pool management companies and this means a higher level of supervision and interaction. Our employees have the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas every day during site visits, which occur at least once per day and up to three times per day.
We encourage a team environment and work to be the best pool management company around. Our team helps us achieve that goal.
We also offer the following incentives to become and stay a premierguard:
- Free uniform shirts
- Premierguard exclusive activities like midnight movies and picnic breakfasts
- Flexible schedules
- Annual raises
- End of Season Bonus
- Referral bonuses for new hires
- Top of the line apartment and homeowner association pools
- Convenient locations
- Family atmosphere
- Friendly management and owner
In addition to these incentives, we offer plenty of room for advancement. There are four levels of advancement at Premier:
- First level: Guarding at a multiguard pool (required for 15 year olds)
- Second level: Pool manager at a single guard facility
- Third level: Pool manager at a multiguard facility or floater position
- Fourth level: Area supervisor
We reward loyalty and give the premier positions to our returning guards.
