Lifeguard applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for premierguard employment:
Lifeguard Certification
- First Aid Certification
- CPR Certification
- Pool Operators License (for 16 year olds and older)
* Premier will hire guards who are 15 to serve at multiguard pools.

- Comfortable in a leadership position
