Families matter at Premier. We realize that the company a student picks makes a difference to his or her family. We try to make that choice a little easier.
We are happy to discuss the ways in which we keep their children safe at the workplace before, during and after work hours. We are mindful of the dangers of being at a pool alone or after hours and do everything we can to mitigate the risk and ease the worry.
We also recognize that many of our premierguards are on break from school, whether high school or college, and that time with family is as important as earning a paycheck. That is why we offer flexible schedules and will work with employees at the beginning of the season to accommodate family vacations and obligations.
We want our employees and their families to feel safe and excited about their involvement with Premier Aquatics and go out of our way to create a family-friendly environment.
